Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with procurement software (Odoo) is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities to assess supplier performance, procurement spend, and opportunities for cost-saving.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders, contracts, and payments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously, with attention to timelines and budgets.
