Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations involving external vendors or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Monitor vendor performance in areas such as shipping timelines, accuracy, and service quality
- Coordinate with vendors for order processing, packaging, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure fulfillment SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Analyze logistics data to identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies in the vendor fulfillment chain.
- Handle issue resolution related to vendor shipments, delays, and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, customer service, and IT teams for seamless end-to-end operations.
- Generate regular reports on vendor KPIs, shipping accuracy, and logistics cost efficiency.
- Ensure all fulfillment processes comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail fulfillment is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
