
Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports and analysis.
- Supervise and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Support HR Generalist functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring and closing candidates successfully through probation.
- Fast thinker, strong executor, and comfortable in a high-speed environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets).
- Understands HR fundamentals: recruitment, onboarding, C&B, and basic GA.
- High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you drive.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and calm under pressure.
