Job Description
Responsible to oversee overall workflow/process of collection
Visit and follow up customer overdue
Make restructure and reschedule payment
Responsible to lead manpower, development, evaluation, reporting, and project improvements
Liaise with internal and External parties to ensure performance paramaters go in accordance with target and risk/compliance
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Have experience minimum 2 years in Financial Company handling Collection Heavy Equipment and Factoring,lnvoice Financing
Have good knowledge the business flow process of collection Heavy Equipment and Factoring, invoice Financing
Understand and can make formulas Restructure and reschedule process
Strong negotiation skil, analytical, problem solving, and ability to coach and mentor team members
Willing to do business trip & Field Visit
