Job Description
1. Melakukan canvassing & direct selling ke calon pelanggan dan menawarkan produk subscription.
2. Menangani proses order hingga instalasi termasuk edukasi, dokumen, dan follow-up pembayaran.
3. Menjalankan penjualan B2B mulai dari mencari peluang, membuat proposal, hingga negosiasi.
4. Mencapai target penjualan dan menyusun strategi berdasarkan analisis pasar.
5. Mengelola administrasi & laporan penjualan serta memberikan insight dari pasar kepada tim.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun pada bidang terkait penjualan atau customer handling
- Menguasai keterampilan negosiasi, komunikasi efektif, presentasi, consultative selling, upselling/cross-selling, target setting, serta complaint handling dan customer focus
- Memiliki pengetahuan produk yang baik
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah
