Job Description
- Guide prospective B2B and B2C customers with their study abroad options after understanding their profile and needs.
- Answer inquiries from customers related to Kobi Educations's products.
- Provide strategy on scholarship application.
- Coordinate with sales and study abroad division.
- Stay updated with trends related with study abroad.
- Provide coaching sessions to assist current study abroad mentees in tackling obstacles during scholarship preparation.
- Conduct onboarding session to new joiners in study abroad program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's graduate from overseas university, any major.
- Fully funded scholarship awardee.
- Good communication skill.
- Passionate about education and working with people with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong empathy and active listening skill.
- Willing to fully WFO from Kobi Education's Head Office in Jakarta.
