Job Description
- Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
- Ensure effective and prompt respond to customer inquiries
- Ensure effective customer complaints handling process
- Provide valid and accurate students operational data
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- At least have 1 year experience as customer service
- Willing to be placed at Malang, Indonesia
