Job Description
- Ensure effective implementation of Student Development program and other related activities (e.g. enrollment, speaker selection, report preparation and evaluation recapitulation)
- Ensure effective implementation of Freshmen Companion recruitment and evaluation process
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
- Ensure excellent operational activities of Freshmen Year Program
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in student affairs, event management, program coordination, community development, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage student development programs and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with students, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with event or student management systems is an advantage.
- Passionate about student development, leadership programs, and creating a positive student experience.
- Willing to be based in Malang, East Java
