Job Description
- Provide accurate information and promptly respond to inquiries from students and lecturers in the Doctoral Program
- Conduct effective operational processes related to lecturer and student services in the Doctoral Program
- Build strong and effective cooperation that supports the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational processes and service for all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills
