- Implement the defined action plan for the project by creating alignment and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and with quality.
- Interest in research market trends, analyze competitors, and gather information to support business decisions.
- Collect and organize relevant data for business reports that aid decision-making for business or management.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to achive the operational & business goals.
- Monitor and update completion of performance management data to meet standards and timelines.
- Love to create reports to evaluate and improve research, project processes, and performance management.
- Fulfill administrative tasks to achieve operational excellence in strategy management.
Requirements

- Has a bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering
- 0 - 2 years of working experience as Strategy Management, Project Management
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Performance Management
- Have the ability in Data Analysis, Ms. Office, and Project Management
