Job Description
- Identify client’s & talent’s needs and develop the whole idea for the activation campaign based on target KPIs.
- Establish, manage, and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects.
- Create creative pitching decks for any talent’s project.
- Collaborate with the partnership team to crack the brand’s briefs and with the project officer to align the briefs with the talent’s project.
- Analyze talent insights to align them with the brand’s needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing Communication, or a related role.
- Experience working in a Creative Agency is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and presentation tools.
- Able to understand a rough brief and build the ideation process into a well-developed comprehensive deck.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Content Creator Industry trends and best practices in strategic planning.
