Job Description
• Develop strategic planning frameworks and creative directions for campaigns, content, and brand activations based on project briefs.
• Conduct market, consumer, trend, and competitor research to generate actionable insights.
• Translate data and insights into clear strategies, communication approaches, key messages, and campaign narratives.
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, production, marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to support smooth implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations and learnings for future initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner, Brand Planner, Creative Strategist, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn research and data into clear, insightful, and actionable strategies.
• Solid understanding of integrated campaigns, digital platforms, and consumer behavior.
• Experienced in developing strategic decks and presenting ideas to internal stakeholders or clients.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating strategic planning experience is highly preferred.
