Job Description

  • Developing a creative proposal strategy
  • Conducting research and analysis to develop strategic plans
  • Creating campaign ideas, strategies, and objectives
  • Identifying additional opportunities to provide value to clients
  • Presenting ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Developing strategic plans and creating pitch deck presentations
  • Planning high-level strategic campaigns, promotions, and branding
  • Planning marketing aspects such as ATL, BTL, booth concepts, color preferences, and event management

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (Event, Marketing, & IT will be prioritized)
  • Passionate about the Esports/Gaming/Event industry
  • Proficient in creating proposals
  • Lead strategic planning for developing concepts, ideas, and plans to successfully achieve objectives and surpass the competition
  • Experience leading brand strategy, including developing brand proposals from scratch
  • Experience in creating and presenting presentations, structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to clients
  • Develop creative and brand strategies that direct marketing efforts and activations across verticals in respective countries
  • Provide brand and creative input in strategy, campaigns, and projects
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
  • Expertise in research and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Strong understanding of the region and culture, with a keen eye for relevant and upcoming trends
  • Extensive experience in copywriting, with expert written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
