The Mandate
Don't Build. Harvest.
The Reality: We are not looking for a farmer to plant seeds. We are looking for a hunter who already knows where the game is. You are not here to "learn the ropes." You are here because you already hold the keys to the doors we need to open.
We are a profitable, fast-moving fintech company group. We have the product, the assets, and the stability. We need your access.
Who You Are: You are a veteran in the B2B Fintech space. You have a phone book full of decision-makers in Payroll, Expense Management, and Cross-Border Remittance. You are tired of selling inferior products to your high-value connections. You want to monetize your reputation by bringing real value to your network.
The Mission
- Unlock Revenue: Immediate activation of your existing relationships to secure B2B deals.
- Commercial Execution: You don't just "chat." You structure deals, negotiate terms, and sign contracts.
- Short-Circuit the Process: You won’t do cold calls. You skip the gatekeepers because you already know the C-suite and the decision-makers.
Requirements
The "Proof" (Application Requirement)
Do not send a standard cover letter. Instead, send a one-page "Market Access Summary" that answers these two questions:
- The Ecosystem: Without breaching NDAs, which specific sectors and tiers of decision-makers can you contact today via text message? (e.g. "I have direct access to HR Directors at 3 of the top 5 outsourcing firms.")
- The Win: Describe the most complex partnership deal you closed in the last 12 months. What was the deal size, and how long did it take from hello to signature?
Your Must-Have
- The Track Record: Minimum 3 years of actual battle experience building and delivering strategic partner channels (Banks, Fintechs, Industry Associations, etc).
- The Architect: Ability to design revenue-share and referral schemes that actually make commercial sense for both sides.
- The Armory: Proven experience building "Enablement" tools from scratch—partner kits, pitch decks, and onboarding flows that make it easy for partners to sell for us.
The Deal Breakers (Do not apply if...)
- The "MoU Collector": If your KPI in your last job was "number of agreements signed". We care more about the business volume flowing out of those agreements rather than the number of agreements signed.
- You expect us to provide lead lists.
- Your network is primarily "LinkedIn connections" rather than real relationships.
- You cannot demonstrate a track record of closing deals in the Fintech/B2B sector.

- Education fields, nor any certifications
- Ability in using various CRM tools
