Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Strategic Manager in the Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder while driving strategic initiatives critical to the company's growth. This multifaceted role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and executive assistance to ensure the Founder's office operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the Founder, providing strategic support in decision-making and business planning.
- Manage and execute special projects, strategic initiatives, and key priorities identified by the Founder, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.
- Coordinate and streamline communications between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and compile reports to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Founder, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives.
- Anticipate the needs of the Founder and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a strategic management, executive support, or advisory role, preferably within the beauty or tech industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
