Job Description
- Update training materials to align with company strategy and arcade operations.
- Develop and implement training programs covering onboarding, game knowledge, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Conduct training sessions using various formats (in-person, online, hands-on practice).
- Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and refine training methods.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and improve programs.
- Work with arcade managers to identify training needs and offer support.
- Maintain communication with management, reporting progress and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of relevant experience in retail or training. Experience in chain store training is a plus.
- Strong skills in curriculum design and implementation, with proficiency in modern training tools and technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide employees.
- Exceptional time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
