Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability in Inventory Management and Loss Prevention.
- Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership and Staff Training and Development.
- Excellent Customer Service Excellence and Conflict Resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) Systems and Sales Performance Monitoring.
