Job Description
- Melakukan inspeksi material incoming untuk produk Trafo CTVT & MV Switchgear
- Melakukan pengujian dan pemeriksaan terhadap material baru sesuai spesifikasi dan standar perusahaan
- Membuat dokumentasi hasil QC berupa laporan, ilustrasi, dan identifikasi ketidaksesuaian
- Melakukan analisis QA terhadap data dan tren defect produk
- Membuat Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dan Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) atas temuan masalah kualitas
- Menyusun dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan QC harian kepada atasan
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Teknik Listrik/S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro
- Mampu melakukan Root Cause Analysis terhadap masalah produk dan proses
- Mampu membuat Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Memahami gambar teknis dan spesifikasi material produk listrik
- Mampu membaca gambar desain dan dokumen engineering
- Menguasai penggunaan alat ukur dimensi dan elektrik
- Memahami proses Quality Control dari incoming, in-process, hingga final inspection
- Memahami sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan prinsip continuous improvement
