Job Description
1. Melakukan Proses Rekrutmen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Man Power sesuai dengan SLA yang ditetapkan
2. Mengelola Administrasi dan Pembayaran di seluruh Proses Payroll dan Personalia sesuai target waktu yang ditetapkan
3. Mempersiapkan dan Berkoordinasi untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan administrasi untuk Daily Workers dan Vendor (memproses Purchase Order & Invoice )
4. Melakukan Sosialisasi, Konsultasi, dan Monitoring penerapan Peraturan Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Internal Perusahaan (Kode Etik, SOP, IM)
5. Mendukung pelaksanaan program Human Capital (Culture, Training, dan sebagainya)
6. Melakukan monitoring Administrasi Kepersonaliaan (Karyawan Join & Resign)
7. Melaksanakan fungsi Industrial Relation
Requirements
1.Pendidikan minimal S1 Semua Jurusan (lebih disukai jurusan Psikologi, Hukum, atau Manajemen SDM)
2.Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 (satu) tahun di bidang HR/IR (fresh graduate apply)
3.Memiliki pemahaman tentang Human Capital (Rekrutmen, Training, Comben, dan Industrial Relation menjadi nilai tambah)
4. Komunikatif, Analitis, Problem Solving, dan Memiliki Integritas yang tinggi
5. Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas
6. Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point ) dan Tools Presentasi (Canva dsb)
