Job Description
- Collecting & checking invoice, tax invoice & other payment docs (3 ways match)
- Provide & maintain account payable in daily report
- Manage aging of account payable for payment schedule
- Distributing witholding tax slip to vendors
- Experienced in accounting softwares
- Support external auditors
- Prepare corporate income tax
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role
- Have a working knowledge and experience with shipping/mining (tug boat & barge tongkang)
- Experience in preparing financial reports and relevant documentation.
- Experience in preparing tax reports.
- Honest, ready to work hard, disciplined, have integrity, be responsible, thorough, agile, diligent, have high loyalty, and attention to detailed.
- Accustomed to working with Accurate Systems and other accounting systems.
- Able to work under pressure & can join as soon as possible.
