Job Description

  1. Melakukan pengecekan daily terkait file follow up claim ke client
  2. Melakukan freeze awb dengan upload melalui system symphonia
  3. Melakukan pendataan serta analisa data claim dari feedback daily
  4. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan secara langsung oleh atasan
  5. Mengeksekusi pekerjaannya dengan baik dan meminimalisir financial impact terhadap human error

Requirements

  1. Minimal D3/S1 akan lebih baik jurusan IT informatika atau statistic, namun terbuka untuk semua jurusan
  2. Minimal pengalaman kerja 1 tahun dibidang data analyst atau claim management
  3. Memiliki keahlian microsoft excel dengan skill medium
  4. Memahami proses operasional logistik dan claim management
  5. Soft competency : fast learner, integrity, commitment, details, critical in thinking, fast response, communicative
