Job Description
- Melakukan pengecekan daily terkait file follow up claim ke client
- Melakukan freeze awb dengan upload melalui system symphonia
- Melakukan pendataan serta analisa data claim dari feedback daily
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan secara langsung oleh atasan
- Mengeksekusi pekerjaannya dengan baik dan meminimalisir financial impact terhadap human error
Requirements
- Minimal D3/S1 akan lebih baik jurusan IT informatika atau statistic, namun terbuka untuk semua jurusan
- Minimal pengalaman kerja 1 tahun dibidang data analyst atau claim management
- Memiliki keahlian microsoft excel dengan skill medium
- Memahami proses operasional logistik dan claim management
- Soft competency : fast learner, integrity, commitment, details, critical in thinking, fast response, communicative
