Job Description
- Mengatasi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan listrik, AC, telepon, genset dan fasilitas lainnya
- Melakukan perawatan dan pengadaan instalasi listrik (mechanical dan electrical)
- Mengurusi semua kebutuhan dan operasional saluran komunikasi (telepon, fax, HP, dll)
- Melakukan perawatan gedung (building maintenance) dan pekerjaan teknis lainnya
- Mengerjakan pekerjaan administratif
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Listrik
- Pengalaman di bidang pemeliharaan gedung
- Mahir dalam pemeliharaan, modifikasi dan perbaikan peralatan dan fasilitas gedung
- Menguasai konsep dan teknis listrik, AC, telepon, genset
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office sebagai pencatatan/administrasi pekerjaan
