Job Description
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of network and security solutions for client environments.
- Own project delivery from design to final acceptance (BAST), including documentation and handover.
- Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing for new or proposed security technologies.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Project teams to align technical designs with customer needs.
- Assess customer security posture and design low-level solutions to mitigate identified risks.
- Deliver presentations, training, and documentation to clients post-implementation.
- Provide tier-3 escalation support for complex issues and lead technical troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide team members in project delivery and technical improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security solutions and implementation.
- Experienced in working with vendors and customers on outage situations and provide direction to internal teams and customers on recovering services effectively.
- Strong knowledge in systems, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong knowledge in endpoint protection (Antivirus, EDR, etc.).
- Strong knowledge in operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows, etc.).
- Strong knowledge in network security perimeters (firewall, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Anti-Spam, etc.).
- Strong knowledge in network architectures, protocols, and routing.Strong knowledge on application security.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) tools.
- Effective communication with diverse teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strategic thinking and structured problem solving.
- Ability to persuade and deliver smooth conflict resolutions.
- Mentoring and leadership capabilities.
