Job Description

  • Find and acquire new clients, while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Deliver company credentials and proposals during pitches.
  • Prepare quotation packages and set KPIs based on creative program proposals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
  • Evaluate post-campaign feedback and performance metrics to improve and refine future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Sales/Account Executive in media or agency, with exposure to community handling.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Skilled in compiling client briefs and ensuring the team delivers services aligned with client needs.
  • Proven ability to create sales packages and programs.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
