Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (leads & clients)
- Actively conduct outreach, networking, and client acquisition
- Lead pitching and presentations to potential clients
- Understand client needs and propose relevant event solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams (creative & operations) to align on client needs
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the internal team
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (event/agency preferred)
- Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident in pitching and dealing with clients
- Target-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales goals
- Strong networking ability and proactive approach
