Job Description
- Find new and maintain existing clients.
- Presentation credentials and proposal for pitch.
- Creating quotation package and set the KPI based on creative proposal program include.
- Lead sales for pitching, negotiating, and dealing include managing all clients.
- Presentation credentials and proposal for pitch.
- Evaluate post-campaign feedback and performance metrics for improvement and refine future campaign.
- Managing, leading and supervising a team.
Requirements
- Have experience 3+ as Sr. Sales/ Sr. Account Executive on media or agency with community handling.
- Able to work within the team.
- Able to compiling brief from client for internal and make sure, the team deliver right services that align with client needs.
- Able to create package and sales program.
- Able to make decision and work dynamically.
- Have a good public speaking skills.
