Job Description
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various ads platform including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ads platform to achieve company business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics from internal (Metabase) and external measurement tools (MMP), giving actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Content and Creative Team to develop engaging ad creatives that effectively resonate with the target audience.
- Stakeholder management with external partner to stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematic, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven Performance Marketing experience from reputable company/agency
- Proficiency in ad platform tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Appsflyer, etc.
- Solid analytical thinking skill to interpret data to insights from the campaigns
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by showing willingness to learn, experiment and optimize
- Have a sense of creativity to improve the ad creative
