Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Motiongraphic who excels at bringing visual elements to life, transforming them into dynamic, premium, and highly engaging content. Supplying graphics across multiple platforms–ranging from sports assets and elegant marketing promos, to large-scale Out-of-Home (OOH) visuals. Additionally, will be responsible for building an efficient and scalable graphic template ecosystem to support our video editing teams.
Requirements
1. Asset Creation - Design and produce advanced animations for promotions, campaign key visuals, and Out-of-Home (OOH) materials, ensuring flawless execution on custom and extreme resolutions.
2. Build and maintain expression-based MOGRTs so the video editing team can independently update the assets.
3. Deliver bold, snappy, and energetic graphics for sports VOD, while executing smooth, aesthetic, and persuasive animations for content and marketing.
4. Collaborate closely with Designers and Video Editors to ensure a smooth, organized and render-efficient pipeline when transitioning static design (PSDs/Vectors) into motion.
5. Ensure all motion behaviors, color palettes and typography strictly adhere to the company’s internal Brand Guidelines, as well as the rules of sponsors and sports broadcast rights holders
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, prioritize tasks effectively and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical animation constraints to marketing teams or non-technical requesters, coupled with the ability to receive and implement creative feedback constructively.
8. Professional Exp - Min.2-3 years of proven experience as a Motiongrapher within the media industry, broadcasting or creative agencies.
