Job Description
- Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in handling legal matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts
- Ability to work with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with local laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- 2 -3 years of relevant experience with excellent communication skills
- Able to effectively manage diverse priorities while paying attention to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Proactive and quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with excellent report writing skills
- Fluent in English
