Job Description

Identify and recruit key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers for brand collaborations and partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and values.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with KOLs and influencers, including compensation terms and deliverables.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Liaise with the finance and procurement departments to facilitate payments and manage budgets for influencer collaborations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Min. 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on KOL management.
Proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns and driving results.
Strong network of KOLs and influencers across various industries and platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in social media analytics and campaign tracking tools.
