Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Permanent, Contract, and Intern employees across all entities.
  • Calculate and verify payroll components, including allowances, overtime, deductions, Religious Holiday Allowance (THR), and bonuses.
  • Handle the administration and tax reporting of Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21) via DJP Online.
  • Oversee the registration, monthly payments, and reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Perform monthly payroll reconciliations in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data and records.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of PPh 21 income tax calculations and BPJS regulations.
  • High attention to detail, precision, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Academic background in Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Sound knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and current regulations.

Job Skills

  • Taxation & Compliance: In-depth understanding of PPh 21/26 tax regulations.
  • Social Security & Healthcare: Proficient in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan management.
  • Government Portals: Skilled in navigating SIPP Online (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and e-Dabu (BPJS Kesehatan).
  • Labor Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of overtime compensation, severance pay, UMP/UMK minimum wage standards, leave policies, and Religious Holiday Allowance (THR).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • HR Tools: Direct experience operating HRIS and Payroll software.
