Job Description
- Managing company finances, budget, and audit activities.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Providing financial analysis reports that can support decision-making based on the company's financial condition.
- Handling company taxes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
- Experience in managing financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide strategic insights.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and preparing comprehensive financial statements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
