- Stay updated on social media trends to improve employer branding content.
- Create and produce employer branding content based on trends, strategy, and business needs to achieve employer branding goals.
- Manage and monitor employer branding activities through partnerships to achieve operational excellence and optimize activities.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of employer branding content on social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) to optimize employer branding content strategy.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employer branding operations to achieve operational excellence.
- Conducted task and job analyses to identify suitable talent pools for sourcing processes.
- Evaluate resumes using various channels to pinpoint suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews, both online and offline, and assess candidates based on standard operational procedures to select the most suitable candidates.
- Serve as a point of contact for both users and candidates, fostering influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve recruitment goals.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communciation, Management, Psychology or related field
- Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in Employer Branding roles
- Perfect if you have 1 years experience as Talent Acquisition
- Strong knowledge in Employer Branding activity, Partnership Plan and Digital Marketing
- Have ability in Microsoft Office, Social Media Engagement
