Job Description
- Oversee the timely execution of all design deliverables, ensuring complete alignment with visual brand guidelines and agreed-upon quality benchmarks.
- Conduct weekly visual trend analysis to introduce new, innovative aesthetic directions to team projects.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize visual assets across digital channels, maximizing interactive engagements
- Develop and document new design styles (including AI-driven creative exploration) that are proven to effectively boost audience interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience within a creative agency setting ( prior experience as a Senior Designer or Team Lead is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of leading or directing junior designers, including workload management, delivering constructive creative feedback, and maintaining team productivity.
- Experienced in performing competitive analysis, identifying current visual trends, and developing strong creative benchmarks to guide project outcomes.
- Proficient in using AI tools to speed up design production and explore creative concepts.
