Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to drive business opportunities and long-term collaboration.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Develop and execute growth strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and business insights.
- Lead end-to-end negotiation processes to secure partnerships and business deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor performance of ongoing partnerships and recommend improvements to maximize value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Strategic Growth roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High initiative, proactive attitude, and strong adaptability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and uncertain business environment.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to drive insights and decision-making.
- Female candidate preferred.
