Job Description
Akar Inti Data (Djarum Group) is an exponentially-growing startup company under Central Capital Ventura that develops data platform infrastructure and provides advanced data analytics services and martech stacks for tenants in the financial/banking and related industries. We are looking for a product manager and business development evangelist, who is capable of working in a semi-structured fast startup environment, perpetual learner, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit while wearing multiple hats on the job.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research and acquire potential clients
- Gather useful information from customer, make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with the pricing department/decision maker to create rate proposals
- Identify potential key tenants, partners, or channels for our products and services
- Communicate the benefits of our data platform and analytics services and encryption products to key stakeholders and influence buying decisions
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales, including negotiating agreements and drafting contracts
- Map out strategic partnership and distribution/sales channels, execute and manage work process to achieve sales target
- Maintain account management and relationship with clients, partners, and channels
Requirements
- has minimum +4 years of experiences in providing services to Financial Services Industry or handling a FSI client
- Impressive track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector
- Having work experience in system integrator or software development house would be advantage.
- Preferably female candidate
- History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
- Highly flexible and adaptable being able to work in multiple capacities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrate good empathy and listening skills
- A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player who is willing to work for the success of the team and its goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Loves to learn and is success-driven
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
