We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the development and enhancement of our platform marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in project management and platform development.
Job Description
- Lead and manage platform marketing development projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure they are understood and implemented correctly by the development team.
- Oversee the design and implementation of marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement tools.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on platform development and marketing projects.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer engagement tools.
- Experience in the data marketplace and data analytics industry.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
