Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify critical business questions and translate them into actionable insights using a range of machine learning techniques
- Build and deploy efficient, robust, and scalable machine learning models with a focus on reliable architecture and production-ready solutions
- Craft compelling narratives, analyses, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Champion data quality and integrity across all stages of the data lifecycle, leading data collection, cleaning, and preparation efforts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution
- Mentor and empower junior data scientists and trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the data science landscape, including new model building methods, AI, computer vision, and the Internet of Things
Requirements
Person We Are Looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful results
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and proficiency in using SQL, Python, Javascript, and other relevant data science tools and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI projects is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing AI models in production, on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, is essential
- Able to effectively communicate data insights and build compelling data stories using BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively
- The ability to think critically, structure analyses, and formulate well-reasoned conclusions is highly valued
- High degree of self-motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results while taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Unwavering passion for data, a continuous learner, and a desire to stay at the forefront of the data science landscape
