Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and finance activity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors during the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact on the organization.

- Collaborate with external tax advisors, as needed.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance, accounting, and tax processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and recommend financial and accounting software solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
- Possess Tax certification of Brevet A & B.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation within start up Idustry
- Demonstrate 3 years of experience in leading a Finance team.
- Thorough understanding of Indonesia's Taxation and Local Tax Filing System.
- Proficient in engaging with local tax bureaus and external tax consultants.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia's Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Familiarity with Jurnal.id
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Exhibit comprehensive accounting skills with an analytical background.
- Experience Audit Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus
