Job Description
The Special Project Lead will play a crucial role in driving high-impact projects from initial conception to successful execution, aligned with our strategic business objectives. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including developing and implementing project plans, managing timelines and resources, and driving collaboration among cross-functional teams. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle (from research and ideation to execution and evaluation), ensuring that each initiative adds meaningful value for our customers. By leveraging your understanding of product development, you’ll ultimately play a key role in our growth in the competitive landscape of crypto and US stock investments.
What will you do:
- Project development – Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other teams to define project requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Stakeholder management – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research and analysis – Conduct market research to inform project decisions and identify opportunities for growth within the crypto and US stock sectors.
- Resource coordination – Allocate and manage resources effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- Performance measurement – Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Reporting and documentation – Create comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years managing complex projects, preferably in fintech or investment sectors.
- Strong quantitative / numerical logic, with experience in interpreting data and using insights to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Linear, Agile, Scrum, Jira) is a plus.
- Experience in product management or development
- Strong project & stakeholder management – driving cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines effectively while managing multiple projects..
- Proven ability to drive projects from conception to execution independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
