Job Description
- Memimpin dan mengawasi tim sorter (penyortir) dalam operasional harian di gudang.
- Memastikan proses penyortiran barang berjalan cepat, tepat, dan sesuai dengan standar kualitas (SOP).
- Mengatur pembagian tugas dan shift kerja sorter untuk mencapai target harian.
- Membuat laporan harian mengenai jumlah barang yang masuk, selesai disortir, dan barang rusak (defect).
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi data fisik barang dengan sistem menggunakan MS Excel atau sistem gudang (WMS).
- Menjaga keselamatan kerja (K3) dan kebersihan di area kerja penyortiran gudang.
