- Menjamin pengiriman barang sampai tepat waktu.
- Memastikan kualitas paket tetap terjaga agar tidak ada yang hilang atau rusak.
- Mengkoordinasikan proses pengiriman dengan Hub, Warehouse, Line haul, dan pihak 3PL.
- Mengawasi seluruh aktivitas inbound dan outbound.
- Memberikan pelatihan dan meningkatkan keterampilan sorter di Hub.
- Memantau setiap transaksi yang berlangsung di Hub
Requirements
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di gudang
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
