Job Description
- Handing incoming parcel dari Hub
- Handling bagian paket yang akan di handover ke QA (Claim Rusak, Claim 92,Double Parcel, Tanpa AWB)
- Handling parcel Non AWB (Foto,tempel sticker barcode,baging)
- Handling parcel rusak (bongkar dan foto)
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dengan baik
- Memiliki pengalaman bagian customer service / Logistik Helpdesk
- Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, Multitasking & bekerjasama dalam Tim
- Bersedia dengan sistem shift & berkerja full WFO di dalam Hub/DC
