Job Description
- Have basic knowledge about infrastructure such as server, storage, virtualization, HCI, cloud infrastructure, backup, monitor, network and security.
- Understand business requirements and understand the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Design technical solutions, includes select hardware and software component, define system architecture, and ensure the solution meets requirements.
- Create proposals and presentations.
- Provide high-level of technical expertise and manage sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System, Management or any related field.
- Minimum experience 2 - 3 years of working as presales and/or solution architect.
- Have presales/sales certification on IT Infrastructure solution, would be advantage.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- High passionate and able to work with team.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
