Job Description
- Install and assemble solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
- Conduct site assessments and prepare tools/materials for installation
- Perform testing to ensure systems meet design and safety standards
- Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and performance issues
- Replace or fix faulty components (panels, wiring, inverters, batteries)
Requirements
- SMK, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred)
- Proven 1 year experience in solar PV installation, electrical maintenance or MEP.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and solar system components.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in electrical/solar installation (PLN, ESDM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
