Job Description
Sebagai Software QA Engineer Peranmu Adalah..
- Meninjau kebutuhan, spesifikasi, dan dokumen desain teknis untuk memberikan masukan yang tepat.
- Membuat test plan dan test case yang rinci, komprehensif, dan terstruktur dengan baik.
- Melakukan estimasi, menentukan prioritas, merencanakan, dan mengoordinasikan aktivitas testing.
- Mendesain, mengembangkan, dan menjalankan skrip otomasi menggunakan tools open source.
- Mengidentifikasi, mencatat, mendokumentasikan secara menyeluruh, dan melacak bug.
- Melakukan regresi testing secara menyeluruh saat bug telah diperbaiki.
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan proses pengujian untuk produk baru maupun yang sudah ada agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal (developer dan product manager) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem.
- Melacak metrics QA seperti defect density dan jumlah bug terbuka.
- Terus mengikuti perkembangan terbaru terkait tools dan strategi testing.
Requirements
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam QA Manual Testing (wajib).
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam QA Automation Testing, termasuk implementasi CI/CD dengan Github, Gitlab, atau Jenkins.
- Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Javascript, Typescript, Python, dan Java.
- Memahami konsep Software Testing, integrasi sistem, serta mampu membuat User Manual Documentation.
- Familiar dengan berbagai QA Framework seperti: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, TestCafe, WebdriverIO, Jest, Mocha, Chai, k6, Locust, dan BrowserStack.
- Pengalaman menggunakan tools Test Case Management seperti: TestRail, Qase, atau Testmo.
- Memahami dasar-dasar pembuatan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan UML.
