Job Description
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test results and scenarios to ensure that all objectives are met and assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify bugs within the development, staging, and production environment.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyze bug testing reports.
- Ensure the product requirements are met during the testing process.
- Coordinate with Engineer teams to deploy builds and updates to the test environment.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Proactively suggest improvements for our product and methodologies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of work experience as Software Quality Assurance.
- Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for basic scripting and automation.
- Exposure to testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or any other relevant QA tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely with strong time management and accountability.
