Job Description
We’re an early-stage FinTech startup building products that help Indonesian homeowners unlock the value of their property fairly, transparently, and with a much better experience than what’s out there today.
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who’s excited to learn, build, and grow with us. You’ll be working closely with engineers and product folks to create the core systems behind our platform. If you like turning ideas into real, working software and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing
- Building, testing, deploying, and improving backend services and APIs (yes, the full journey)
- Working closely with backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and product teams to bring features to life
- Writing unit tests so our code stays safe and easy to improve over time
- Writing clean, efficient, and readable code that you (and your teammates) won’t hate later
- Turning product requirements into scalable and reliable backend systems
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent real-world coding experience
- Experience coding in any backend language; Golang is a big plus
- Familiarity with REST APIs and how backend services talk to each other
- Basic experience with Git or any version control system
- Some exposure to Docker (and Kubernetes is a nice bonus, not a must)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Experience in AI and modern tech stacks—hands-on projects using n8n, Gemini or OpenAI API is a big plus
- Understanding of how web apps or APIs are built and scaled
- Personal projects, demos, or GitHub repos you’re excited to share
We don’t expect you to know everything. If you’re a fresh graduate who’s curious, willing to learn fast, and excited to build real products in a startup environment, we want to meet you.

We work with selected banks to disburse the loans to the borrowers, while Infinid manages the end-to-end credit process, including origination & servicing.
