Job Description
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems: Design, implement, and optimize server-side applications and APIs to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate on system architecture: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with frontend and third-party services.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant major.
- Min 3 years of experience as a Back-end developer
- Proficient in the server-side programming language, especially Java, and Node.js (other langs will be advantages)
- Experienced with frameworks, especially SpringBoot Express (other frameworks will be advantages)
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL, WebSockets).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Security best practices (OAuth, JWT, data validation, etc.).
- Familiar with CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile development.
- Testing (unit testing, integration testing, TDD).
- Performance tuning and scalability.
- Work well in a team environment, especially with front-end developers,
- designers, QA, and product managers.
- Experience reviewing others' code for quality, readability, and maintainability.
- Have good communication skills to explain complex ideas and technical concepts
- to non-technical stakeholders.
