Job Description
Formulatrix Indonesia offers an internship program for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in the field of software development, along with the opportunity to grow and explore career paths.
We are open to considering graduate interns for the following specializations:
- Frontend Developer
- Backend Developer
- Software Quality Assurance
- ERP Developer
- UX Designer
By joining the program, you will get the chance to:
- Get exposure and opportunities to explore technology, framework, and stack from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Get a "real world" work experience and gain knowledge about robotic automation industry.
- Develop communication and teamwork skills.
- Be considered for a full-time employment role, or receive a certificate of acknowledgment for outstanding performance. Candidates with this certificate will be prioritized for future employment.
- Receive financial compensation during the internship period.
Requirements
Candidates we are looking for:
- Fresh graduates from any degree, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or non-software related majors with equivalent experience in software development. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
- Basic understanding of software development and object-oriented programming (C#, Java). (2, 3, & 4)
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus. (1, 3, & 4)
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL). (2 & 4)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and teamwork in agile environments. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
- Ability to help define product features at a requirement level. (5)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to gather detailed requirements. (5)
- Document requirements in a standard format. (5)
- Proficiency in Google applications, specifically Drive, Docs, and Sheets. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
- Willingness to learn and contribute to ERP development projects. (4)
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. (1, 2, 3, 4,& 5)
- Commitment to join the program for at least 3–6 months. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
- Submission of required documents: latest CV, Certificate of Graduation, Academic Transcript, and Portfolio. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
- Willingness to participate in an onsite internship program at our Semarang or Salatiga office. (1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
